★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Food.. It's uncooked, once I feel that it may be someone's fault , But when I ordered from swiggy, they again surprised me with uncooked and I cancelled that order...Spend more on their food and waste that item..
As per one of the agent.. The Head person in restaurant is also Not treated well to delivery agents, At 47°c He told them to purchase water from restaurant.. Very bad.. Never ever again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of food is good but hygiene is a big issue. Tables were dirty and Dogs were roaming near the sitting area and no body was worried about that. Can be a mishap someday...Overall average bcoz of hygiene..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people. No order delivery. They took the order over the phone but did not prepare till we reached there. They placed the order only after we reached there. Delivery is a strict no - no. Not professional at all.
Last time they had taken order and when we reached to collect it, they said they did not have any "Rumaali Roti". Incomplete order was delivered to us.
Your order is most likely to be delayed or be delivered incomplete.

I ordered again - They still did not have the staff to deliver - on Saturday and Sunday. I went there ... Hoping to wait another 15 - 30 mins but this time, my order was packed and ready to be picked up. I saw an improvement :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic experience for the first time with Chawla. Hv visited many branches of it but nowhere is so pathetic as this branch is. This particular person said he will serve then denied, then agreed for home delivery then denied, then at last wen we waited a long time we returned to realize that the order is incomplete. He had not given us the roties. Wen v asked for it he asked us to pick it up while we had sat down to eat. He also did not give us the pamphlet mentioned discount of 10%. He seemed too Unprofessional as he was very blunt n not even felt sorry for his mistake.
We went there after reading the reviews, I just wish people read this review too n b careful. Who could enjoy a half hearted n incomplete food. I m amazed how this man got the franchise of such a good company. He even didn't refund our money for incomplete order. The food was all cold with no roties.... Njoy the meal with the Chawla's tandoori junction at raj nagar extension feel sorry for ever.

Even after 1 hour that bad taste is not going out of my senses.. I don’t recommend vegetarian main course from this place
Also Staff was rude
