After bill generates he says card transactions is not going through due to server issue and ask you to pay by cash even accept bare minimum money as advance. And wen you go to collect ur items he says card can't be accepted for backdated transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely saree collection is good but the policy of handling customers is very bad.
Bought a saree which turned up to be defective and on confronting they had just one thing to say ' We can't return you the money'.
This sounds very arrogant and rude behavior of the shopkeeper.
In personal this was my first and last experience of the shop, and would never want to visit such greedy shops.
They don't deliver justice to customers for the money they pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst place to buy a saree from Chawla as owner and workers do not know how to behave with a female and get irritated in a very short span of time I recommend not to visit this shop I had a very bitter experience.
