★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Malhotra, the owner of the firm is a seemingly aat hu, with a decent smile. He lies about delivery timeline, stops picking phone. Most of all they show good quality of printing ink and place a resultant poor quality printing. (Told the good one is costlier)
Shameful business practices. There are so many better places to be, but these guys can't be trusted.
