My father worked for 9 yrs, he left job in 2018 (Bangalore), when it came to gratuity it's almost a year we have applied but its not processed yet, even bloody HR keeps changing every month... Called up Vadodara head office those sick Nd tired ppl don't pick the call... This is the management wat they have... They cry to pay back our work hard money... I want immediate action to be taken if not I will go to labour commission....who will give us interest for our 1 yr delay... Will ur checkmate will give us tat...

They are making him roam at the age of 60+ . No humanity and nothing. Checkmate madurai and Chennai us worst no response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There service may be good, but they don't care about there employees who is giving there best for run this company.
A employee gives his job for three to four days(day + night shift) continuously without any rest and he got only basic pay for the day.
and if there is any problem occurred not because of the employee but because of company's poor management, they cut the salary of that employee who is working that much?.
they should think that if someone is working that much hard this means he required a money for his family and to bear his responsibility.
And they should also think that he is doing this much because of to manage companies image without thinking about his health.
but at the time of salary you cut the salary of that employee because of your poor management.
@checkmate Service private limited please also look for your ground level employees who is working on the filed and because of whom your company is running.
please pay him that they deserve for there work and please don't stole there money.
