★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While this may be ok for shopping, it's both a nuisance and risky; vendors lined up on the pavement forces pedestrians to walk on the road. On the kerb, vehicles are parked perpetually. So pedestrians have to walk in the middle of the road. Two lane traffic and walking in the middle of the road combines to heighten irritation and danger-levels.
