I went to Chen's Colaba to get Gel Nail extensions done, for the 1st time. Also, was getting it done from one of their most experienced stylists.
I had a very bad experience. My nails were very untidily done, and all the glue residue was left under my nails. I did ask the stylist if she could clean it, to which she said it will go away once you put in warm water. Which never happened and today after a week too, all my nails have a thick layer of uneven glue under my nails. The stylist was simply too lazy to be bothered. The gel application on the nails is uneven, also had to point out uneven filing issues to the stylist. I dont expect, client to look after all these things, when getting nails done from a reputed Salon like Chen's.
The stylist dint even suggest what nail paint would look good, and did a very shabby job applying the paint too. Once that was done she just left asking me to wait for 15 mins. Not once she bothered to come and check how they finally looked and if anything more was required. Looked as if she was just in a hurry to finish and leave.
I would never suggest anyone to go here for getting nails done.
One would expect a good service from such known salons, when they charge a decent fees for the services they render.
Not worth the money, nor time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went for wash, blow dry and straighteners (ironing ). Service was very indifferent, head massage was so-so but drying straightening Ok. I asked for my fringe/bangs to be slightly trimmed and was charged an extra 400 for this! Even though it was a poor job. I am glad I didn't get a full hair cut here.
Next time I will try a less up market place. The result and service may be better. Certainly the price will.

You can be assured you will walk out of this salon feeling HAPPY and on top of the world!!! Excellent customer service is their way of work. Hats off to her passion and professional commitment ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience..there was one lady doing hair treatment , waxing, eyebrows everything.. she just wanted to get done with her work and go home so she did not bother about the quality of service at all. She did not steam my hair during protein trearment also, because she was running late , and they charged as much as a top salon does. Not recommended at all.
