★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever has given this restro 5 star, I can bet they must be the friend or peer group of the owner. Sharing you the all honest feedback, today we went to kesarlal but due to long waiting hours we moved to this restro thinking that it must be at least a good food point seeing that food lane.
It was completely a nightmare for us, never ever expected delays and we have taken the plates by ourself as the staffs were so mannerless and not concerned about the orders, serving, basic hygiene - glasses and plates were not clean and despite of continously calling them for basic needs and complanints they said-compalin it to the counter as the owner was there and the most funny thing was that she(owner) was busy in hosting and gossiping with her friends rather than listening to the customers complaints.
After our rude response and shouting she came and said will not take the payment from you guys and sorry for the inconvenience,will take care of the service next time and she said she doesn't want to serve today but customers came that's why they have taken the orders. Really? She doesn't have the patience even to listen to our complaints she behaved like we don't want to pay that's why we are creating this.
I can bet if she can challenge my this review, so she must share the CCTV footage in the response of this feedback so let the Google surfers decide how was her cafe experience with us in fact most of the customers today.
FYI all, I have seen some previous reviews also and some guests has shared the same experience and they have the most common reply here as well - " Sorry for this time, next time we will correct " Joke of the day.
Sorry, will not visit you again even you offer free of cost food also.
