Homely sea food can't get better than this. Fish Pothichur is excellent( includes egg omelette, payasam, boiled rice, fish curry, mathi fry, veg sabji, pickles etc,.) Appam is ultimate with fish curry, Bangda fry is crunchy and delicious. All of the dishes are cooked in a traditional style. Big thanks to Mangala mam and Suresh Sir for sticking to serve authentic and homemade sea food in this commercial world. Idiyappam is good, but but but puttu is excellent with fish curry.

I had ordered Pothichoru which came in some plastic containers and the quantity is probably for kids and not even average

Tried all the different available podhichoru options available on swiggy and Zomato, nothing comes close to the podhichoru (chicken and fish) here. Highly recommended if you want to try authentic Kerala food. Thank you for the amazing and sumptuous food.

Had a good lunch but the price seems to be way too high for the quantity delivered.

Finally visited this place after having heard from my colleague. My first experience.... reached at 3:15pm for lunch...thou we reached pretty late and the last customer for the week ( they don’t serve dinner on Sunday and Monday is a weekly off) , SURESH the restaurant owner hosted us and served us “Podhi Choru with Chicken Pepper”. The Omlette tasted yummy ? Must say, amazing taste and was quite traditional in taste and enjoyed the conversation with SURESH. I wish him all the best and waiting to take my wife sometime next week , who’s review wud be the final ?

Small and homely place with almost gone cooked food. It's not really a mainstream restaurant and seating options are limited in fact, when the two makeshift tables placed by the roadside are taken, the only option is to sit in the car wash across the road. The food however is true to Kerala and reminiscent of the local meals available in any honest wayside Kerala eatery. Their speciality is the "pothichoru" a meal of rice and curry accompaniments with a choice of veg, fish or chicken. The owner is a good conversationalist and keeps you busy if you're inclined to converse.
