A serene and old temple. It bears history and chastity together. The Rathayatra festival worths mention and visit. A visit brings peace of mind. Brahmins and local people are very much helpful. The local custom says that one should not come to the compound of the temple in any vehicle. The presiding deity takes offence in this. However this old heritage temple needs huge renovation. It should be preserved. It stands at the bank of river Adiganga which is needed to saved from the pollution. A ghat is also there named after the Rasbari: Chhoto Rasbarir Ghat

Another oldest temple of Bengal, I think it's a very interesting people who loves history, who want to explore the lifestyle of earlier Bengal & Bangaliyana. The temple must be a majestic temple during earlier times when it was constructed. The place & adjacent area is well connected with available bus, taxi, cab services.

A heritage place of worship for Gopalji or Lord Krishna as a child. Situated along Adi Ganga or Tolly Nulla this place has the main mandir on the Northern wall and 6 Shiv Lingas each on either side of the east and west walls. Upon entering through the main gate, a big chequered black and white marble courtyard is seen. Worship begins here every day between 7am to 10am conducted by 2 priests. Calm and peacefull. And one may also visit the Adi Ganga ghat right outside this temple. Ample car parking space is available outside the temple complex. This temple is in dire need of an upkeep for anyday portions of it is liable to fall down. Visit this place for Lord Krishna darshan and marvel at the architectural wonders.

Lack of public awareness on the importance and history associated. Hope some measures be taken to preserve the heritage.
