★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Management- Any confusion regarding fees must be addressed at reception only and post confirmation only doctor should face patients, Its really sad if a patient is humiliated and dragged out from doctors cabin for such matters and that too when patient is not aware of more expectation of fee.
No Transparency- Even after facing lots of side effects by patient, no reports of tests shared ever. Medicines sold in lose packs, patient not aware of medicine names as well. Lead us to second opinion, who is a very good doctor and never hides the medication or reports.

The therapist provides a free consultation and after reviewing the status of the patient, a genuine pre-estimate of the expenditure is provided to the family. Considering the long duration of treatment and the associated cost of treatment in the field, the medicines are provided at a discount. The patient and the family are informed about the course of treatment and utmost transparency was maintained.

His staff is also well trained they know how to talk and tell patient to pay..in video call also he charge the same..he will always continue your treatment. He will never let you go away..he always says abhi apki jaanch hee nhi hui....very greedy he is.

No transparency at all. They keep the patient in the dark and minimal information is given to their family. They do not disclose names of medicines in the doses (loose packets) which they prepare and information in the test reports.
Do not hesitate to ask questions about every medicine, test report and expense charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very expensive fee for a basic infrastructure. Break ups of bills arent discussed. Doctor insists on money deposit every second day. A middle class person cannot afford it and they are least interested in justifying the fee they are charging. We regretted admitting our mother there. Fortunately we figured a better facility with a fraction of its fee, cooperative staff and with complete transparency. We are still awaiting some refund. They never bothered to initiate it from there end. They have made it more of a money making facility than a healing one.
