The place is very hygienic & good. The sweets are with a great variety have a good taste as well as uniqueness. Yes, it is one of the best sweet shops of kanpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this shop in the morning. He had not yet started making jalebi. On my request he not only agreed to fry jalebi but imarati also. These items were made in desi ghee. Jalebi were thin and crisp. I had imarati after a long time and they were mouth watering. Couldn't resist buying garam samosa, being freshly fried there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a rude owner. Doesn't know how to behave with the customer. Never recommend this shop. They are always behaving very rude, nor even quality of sweet are fresh. Change you shop name "Rude bhog" instead "Chappan bhog". I would say to owner you should also mix sweetness in your behaviour like your sweets. I used to go this shop often for samosa and sweets, now I stopped visiting them. Because of their behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So arrogant owner. First of all you should learn how to behave with the customer. Doesn't matter how much famous your shop is, the important thing is how you treat to your customer. I was very old customer of this shop, but seems currently their mind are full of arrogance due to their popularity. They forgot how to behave and treat customer. I would surely not recommend this shop to any one. They are not behaving gently to their customers even not listening to the customers. I heard of their rude behaviour with many old customers, but when I faced the same, I was so heart and shocked. I would only say to owner, you should behave and treat gently to your customer, because customers makes you popular and they will also make you unpopular too if you behave rudely too your customer.
