★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever experienced in a post office..small post office in the internal village of India is much much better than this one regarding the service for which it is built...small post offices in internal areas may not have good building like this one but service is much better there..
My Experience at this post office...
I went there on Wednesday last week around 9:30 am to pay premium for my policy but no service was offered giving the reason that connectivity is not available..on the next day I went there at same time ..this time connectivity was there.. two counters were active..but both of them was refusing to take my premium so I went to post master ..he said that one who receives payment is on leave for indefinite time period so I won't be able to pay the premium. Then I asked him if he could arrange one the two officers(who were doing nothing in the first place) to collect the premium then he said that they can't because they don't have password to login to India Post server...how come post employees don't have password of server ?
