I used to be a regular client of them but my skin has been burn due to unprofessional method of applying RICA wax on my upper lip. I believe, I have got scar for lifetime. It's itching a lot. I am literally angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent so much on facial and wax bit the result was pathetic. Got painful acne and rashes. I had already told them i have sensitive skin and what products suit me, but they will upsell you most expensive facial which won't even suit your skin. Face massage not even for 2 min, they want you to feel they have spent enough time so they just put a pack on ur face and waste too much time in pre and post prep
