You will get cloth shopping for all ages, house hold goods, fruits and vegetable market, wholesale flowers market (delivered to many places in India). Gold shopping in Raja market, plastic materials shopping, office suites and wedding suites in reasonable prices, wholesale toys, stationary, birthday celebration materials and gifts, electronic devices and repair in slv market, dry fruits, spices in wholesale price
Complete everything is available only challenge is to finding the path to reach the shops.
Need lot of patience to explore the things. Hotels will be minimal and you will get all kinds of snacks through out the roads.
Vehicle parking is very difficult. So better to come in metro and do shopping.

And people around the shops will always have call boys who forced you to get inside the shops and see their new collections, even though if you are not interested.Forget Commercial Street, one trip to Chickpet and you'll know which is Bangalore's real budget shopping paradise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place have no words to describe. From starting it will be with electrical items by moving on it changes to clothes then to toys electrical appliances and to household necessities. Then if we cross to another street it again goes in with other products. The roads are little small so should be carefull while walking through.

you have to bargain for half the price.
You have to first check sarees and things in online first.
If the price are same never buy here.
You have to buy half the price of online here.
Spare my bad English.
It's very crowded in the streets keep ya purse safe.
Avoid wearing of jewellery.
Look poor here so you can have it at cheap price.
There's branded shops like SUDARSHAN, kumaran and many more if you go there you can get quality ones but bargaining is tuff there.
Rest shops if you like the peice you have to ask for price and make it obvious like you will buy it then reject the price and act like you are leaving they will call you and accept for your price.
That's the key here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely busy and crowded place. Thousands of saree shops mostly silk sarees. Better to go with a person who knows where to shop, especially if you are a tourist. There are plenty of brokers on the road who will attempt to direct to their shops.

As most you all know you get wide range of pure silk sarees in Chickpet.
Usually crowded during weekends.
Very limited option of restaurants available inside the shopping street.
Roads are very congested and crowded.
2 wheeler parking some how can be managed to be parked somewhere inside street shopping lanes.
4 wheeler parking need to be done using pay and park facilities which are available on the main road or before entering the street shopping.
