★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CM Sh. Arvind Kejriwal Ji and Dept. CM Manish Sisodia Ji, No doubt you are working marvelous. Delhi citizen can see its in Delhi school's education system and hospitals and others.
Delhi Govt. is doing great job with their other supporters and pillars. Delhi Government is just one step behind to improve DTC Buses system.
There are given some advice and its should be review one times.
1- Bus conductors and their attitudes towards passengers.
* DTC (Delhi Transport Corporation)
Please keep in notice: This is not a complaint. We are trying to improve the relationship between DTC staff and passengers.
Most of the bus conductors thinks that they are doing their duties as a compassion on passengers and Govt. and treating like a animal to passengers.
What should be done?
1- No, conductor or other staff will use "Haryanavi" language when they
are on duty.
2- Using any language with the passengers should be in polite and in respective way.
No, other staff of the DTC will be assigned to check the new system, passengers would be check and review to transport minister (Delhi)
directly.
2- Bus conductors ticket vending system
DTC bus ticket vending system is little different to other states of India. We never seen any of the Bus conductor seated on the seat and asked about ticket.
Duties guidelines of DTC bus conductors which are given on the rule book. it should be print / write on every DTC Buses. Conductor should go himself to have passenger and asked about the ticket.
DTC conductors are not performing their duties as given guideline in the rule book.
These improvement must give the chance to upgrade DTC transport system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arvind Kejriwal is the Chief Minister of Delhi. He is also one of the leading politicians in India. He is considered as one of the best Chief Ministers in Delhi.
You should simply write a letter to the office of the Chief Minister of Delhi stating your reason to meet Arvind Kejriwal personally. You should require good reason to meet him face to face.
As he is a CM it's quite busy schedule for him but definitely he takes out time for people.
