★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They follow up with back to back calls while booking and taking advance. Once they have money they do not bother to respond. Our booking got cancelled at last moment as driver whose number was shared with us wasn't even aware of the booking.
When we asked for refund, nobody is picking up the call and reverting on texts and mail

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a cheating company.
I booked the cab for 9 of us from Agra and landed in Lucknow airport at 1pm.
Our family consists of female and kids.
First one Mr.Sunil attended the phone and insisted on paying Rs.2000/-which I paid through Gpay. All of us sitting outside Lucknow International Airport waiting a reply.
When contacted Sunil has gone for lunch break and another person Mr.Sameer attended and confirmed the receipt of my payment and asked for details which also I furnished and that’s all.
No response for our repeated calls and all are restless and hungry.At 4.30 pm we canceled our booking and asked to repay our advance amount. They replied in WhatsApp that we have to contact different person in mail which also I did and replied to wait for 1 or 2 days to return the advance.
This happened on 6th and today is 21st of March.
No response so far and different persons are attending but of no use.
So I request all to be careful and they are cheaters.
Remaining silent for 15 days today on 22nd
They responded that they will give me a chiku wallet for Rs.2000/- which I can use it in future.
After brought to the public notice Now they agreed having received the money but still don’t want to repay it by drawing attention to the rules of the co which they never defined at the time of booking.
Having a bad experience who will come forward to take another chance with them.
Let me wait until they return my hard earned money otherwise I have no other way except to seek remedy from suitable authorities.
Again they informed me 6 days ago that they referred the matter to quality control authorities for refund.
See how they are dodging.
Everyone please be alert with this fraudulent cab co.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. I booked a cab, paid for an advance and the cab service cancelled 1 hour before I was supposed to use the cab. I was told this was a “vendor” issue and they could do nothing about it.
My refund has been pending for over a month. When requested, I was asked for the booking ID. Which their agent never sent to me. I’ve sent them texts, emails - zero response so far.
Frustrating and scammy. AVOID!

I was in varanasi for 4 days i wanted to visit Prayag raj, Gaya and ayodhya, i booked the cab and was told that total rupees 8333 will be required and 1500 rupees need to pay in advance. Hoping for a best service so i paid 1500 immediately after enquiring the same.and also was told that i will get details of driver before one day pf journey.
I waited for the same and i didnt received details even before 15 minutes of the pick up, the person with whom i had called had switched off his mobile then somehow i found one no on website talked to that person he gave me another persona number so in total i talk to 5 people to get the can.
We dropped gaya and went only prayag raj and ayodhya. Around 8400 rupees i gave driver excluding toll. Which was already more than package i was offered, each day after travel i used to ask vendor and driver that lets adjust earlier 1500 but they asked me to pay for that travel on someday and told on last day we will adjust 1500 u will get cab to airport varanasi from that money, hoping to get and on trust i did and paid them around 8400. On last day when i was returning i called vendor, driver, agency 10-12 times i wont get cab. Driver said i am not available i have goven can at another journey, vendor said he will provide cab in half n hour I didn’t get cab till last moment, agency was giving multiple numbers to take concern no one was getting responsibility pf the same. I haven’t received , all of the concerns have blocked my number now. I had to pay rs.600 for ola for going to airport. Actually i am in loss of rs.2100. no regret or sorry shown by anyone from the service agency. Still my messages and calls are ignored

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud. Never book chikucab. On 23 April 2020,booked 20 seater. After taking online advance,they just shared the mob number of taxi owner. Who refused to send the taxi. On contacting chiku cab they said they will check and revert back. After attending few call they stopped attending the call.. No response on email sent.. If still want to book Never ever give any advance online. I guarantee you will lose your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even care about their customers. Once the booking is confirmed with an advance they don't even bother to respond, the only thing they say is to "calm down" and not worry so much about the booking. Until 10 hours before our pickup we had to request them multiple times to give details of the taxi. And after they finally connected us to the driver we got to know that they have not communicated anything to him. The only saving grace was that the driver was good. Terrible service from the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD company- Guys please don't book the cabs via them they are the cheaters. Initially, the driver details provided were incorrect. The driver asked for extra charges which was already informed to these guys before the trip which they failed to informed me. I called and emailed still no response. Anyways I am going to file a case against them with the recordings of the conversation with them. I am sure the 4 star or 5 star ratings are given by there own members.
Please save your money guys don't avail services from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never book a cab with Chiku. They will take money and after that no responsibility. I had booked twice and had suffered badly.
Their cab drivers will keep asking for the money throught out the trip.
In one of the trip their cabs left us in between the trip due to some issue with the Chiku cab.
Totally unreliable. Try at your own risk.
After that, they wont even refund your money and casual reply from their team.
Worst every trip experiences I had when I booked with them.
