It seems that the university is not able to provide any solution to my problem that I have mentioned in my previous emails (Oct-29, Oct-18 and Sep-23) and by telephonic conversations.
Let me repeat it in short; I have done online registration for admission in PGDSC course to be studied at Surat's study center, and now the study center is not going to run the course due to less number of students (as per university policy). I am ready to take admission in any study center of Surat city, as I have conveyed many times.
It seems that the university is unable to provide me admission, so I demand a refund of the registration charge I paid at the time of online admission form filling.
