★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is great 4.5 ? for food. The drink that they make doesn't taste liquor in them. I felt I was thuged with my Margherita and LiiT. The quesadilla taste is really good and a must try. The Manager or Cashier, who ever was in Black dress was impolite and doesn't have to be in restaurant business. He should be trained well how to be human and polite with customers. The service guy (Prabal) was good at serving. But couldn't made LiiT as it should taste. The girl who served us food didn't knew what sour cream and when I asked her to ask someone..she never returned back. Being such a good and big brand, staffs needs to be trained well to behave politely and have sufficient knowledge, else it will ruin the brand's image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chillis Bar & Grill is the place to be at if you find yourself clueless at a mall. Great ambience, happy hours and brilliant appetizers. The staff is very careful about insisting on highest standards when it comes to service. Don't miss the desserts out.

Great with American style cuisine.
Tacos,salads ,pizzas and sizzlers tastes great.
Price is little expensive but food taste is good.
Good to visit with friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was visited with a lot of anticipation, turned out to be a big disappointment. We ordered the nachos and a cottage cheese rice bowl. The rice bowl tasted good but the proportion could’ve been better for the price charged. The biggest disappointment was the nachos, the menu had black means mentioned with the nachos, when we asked them where the black beans were they said it is smashed and mixed with the nachos. For those looking for the black beans like me, it’s the black colour at the crust of the nachos(gotta look closely) the sour cream and salad portion was insufficient enough for one to tell without trying. We had a bite of one piece and decided to send it back as despite all the adjustments it tasted terrible. The staff were not courteous at all especially the manager. He refused to cancel the order, mind you the 6-7 pieces was priced at ₹500 without taxes. We still couldn’t get ourselves to eat it inspite of paying for it.
Had a terrible experience and would never go or recommend anyone.

From platters to burgers, everything here is worth a try.
Food: Portion sized perfectly, burgers are filling, meals have a lot to offer. Mashed potato is the best in town! Quality of food is definitely not compromised.
Service : Always welcomed with the most polite and well behaved staff. When it comes to orders, the service is quick and they make sure not to mess your order.
Ambience : It's a dark setup with lots of beautiful lights placed on top of each table. Well lit. They have an outdoor seating as well. With a little foosball setting, you can have some chill time with friends while they prepare your food.
The menu is elaborate, with a wide variety of food items to offer. A little pricy, but worth it.
The place is usually crowded, so a pro tip would be to jump in right before peak meal hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is okay but the portion size isn't satisfying considering such high prices. Only thing we liked in terms of taste/portion size was the Quesadilla. The platter starters, mac n cheese were disappointing. The chicken wings I had here are one of the smallest Ive ever seen. And to add cherry on top of this disappointing cake, when the bill arrived and I asked to get the service charge removed, the manager was quite hesitant. Trying everything from "we have put it outside that we take service charge" to "wasn't the service good enough?" NO. Service charge doesn't depend on how good or bad the service was but completely UPTO THE CUSTOMER if he/she wants to pay. Making it part of the bill, as if it is mandatory and then questioning back the customer is highest level of anti-consumer thing. I'm surprised how a manager cannot be aware of such basic rules. Or if aware, then it so greedy and desperate attempt to get more money from the customer. They do not deserve your single penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presentation of the food is nice. Taste is very average. Could have been better. The service was quick by few staff but one staff looked totally confused who was attending us. Maybe she was new. Would rate it average as they can definitely ramp up the taste and variation in the menu. They serve drinks as well.

Chili’s have there unique taste I must say.
We tried few dishes (Nachos, taco’s, etc) all dishes served are tasty and delicious ?
The place is quite busy always (especially weekends) and you have to wait for a while to get your table.
The ambiance is good, spacious and have open seating options with lake view (it’s closed due to covid protocol)
I recommend to visit and try there dishes, it’s bit expensive (since it’s in a mall)
