★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend got me to newly opened restaurant near his place. Bengali food brought back nostalgia of IIT Kharagpur.( But still miss macher zol and alu bhujia with mountain of rice in KGP)
Ambiance was decent and Staff was polite.
We Ordered
Egg devil: perfect to my taste. Crisp yet not oily. They provided it with Bengal special sauce. It tasted like mustard sauce.
Stuff Pomfret: Pomfret was fresh to my surprise (Mumbai is best for fresh fish)was nicely fried, but little oily.
Bedki chili: Very soft fish. Nicely cooked with fresh ground black pepper sprinkled on request of Amit.
Lau chingri: It was best dish. Perfect blend of lauki with shrimp. Unique taste on my pallet. Quantity was little less compare to Rice they served though.
Overall very nice experience on rainy day. And icing on the cake was Litchi Ice Cream in Naturals which is next to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pure authentic Bengali restaurants.. The taste of foods are awesome like food make in home..Both veg and non veg foods are available.. price of food also very nominal..Staff behaviour is also good.. it is good for family and friends..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so on a Sunday we were searching for a food in afternoon and we found this place ..when I checked the menu I was already happy to see all different kinds of dishes ..
So we order kolkata chicken dum biryani , egg devil and khichuda which was a dish
Chicken dum biryani wid my first impression looked very simple.. I saw normal rice and 2 chicken pieces..but when we tasted it was lovely ..totally different way it was cooked ..yes it has a boil egg also in biryani
Khichuda - bengali style dal khichdi
But the last one which we tried was egg devil and that was so creative and satisfying starter. They have made alu stuff on a boil egg and fried it with the coat of bread crumbs.
We have decided to visit it again for other dishes . they told us that mutton is speciality of this restraunt.

5 * for the quality, taste and services.
Though not that much spacious but your tastebuds will push you to hit 5 stars.
Three years in Pune and a long search of bengali food and here I had the roller coaster ride of delicious bengali cuisines.
Tried fish fry 2 rounds ?, veg chops, egg chops with prawns and potatoes filling(dim chingri devil), Kolkata style chicken biryani, shukto, maach bhapa, sorse illis , bhetki patudi, macher matha diye mung daal, steam rice, rosogulla and alu jhuri bhaja.
Loved it.. and going to visit soon.

1. Must visit place for foodies.
2. Unique dishes with non-veg option served here.
3. This place has a variety in Fish, Chicken and Mutton menu.
4. The place is know for Bengali cuisine but it still gave me craving to try more dishes inspire of me being from Maharashtra.
5. Chicken biryani is must try.
6. Good place to be with for family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible quality of food in addition quantity is miniscule and over priced.
Ordered their 5 in 1 fish combo for Rs 250
What I got are the following
1. Fried potato 10g - fried in stale oil smells terrible
2. Dal 60ml - the taste reminded me my hostel days again
3. Fish curry with 1 piece fish about 40g with 30 ml gravy - made me remember stale fish from line hotels near railway stations
4. About 100g plain rice
5. Chatni 30ml - only thing that can be considered edible along with rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Bengali food. Fish was awesome. I like starters most especially dimer devil (Egg starter). Traditional bengali food like aloor dom, cholar dal and luchi (puri) was amazing. Shorshe maach was delicious. Dim kosha( Egg masala) was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste is worst. The quantity is very less can be seen in the photograph. This paneer dish costs ₹279/-. I don't recommend it to any human being. Better stay away from it !!!!
