★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful station. Not very crowded. Few express trains and all passenger trains halt here. Alight at this station to have a visit to Chilika lake. You can also go-to Barkul to get regular ferry service for a visit to Kalijai temple situated on a small island inside the lake.
