★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful shiva temple built in 11th Century on the foothills of Chilpi range of Satpura Mountains.
Primafacie this looks somewhat like Khajuraho Temple shrunk tenfold.The temple is very ornate with erotic sculptures who withstood ravages of time. Most of the figurines are wornout, I wonder if this masterpiece stays on forever.
there is a small museum housing some old and disfigured sculptures collected from the vicinity.
This temple has a large pool by the side and a dam nearby. You enter satpura ranges while driving through the reserve forest. One can enjoy Scenic views and wild fauna enroute to Kanha National Park.

Attractive aver green Forest and different different colourful butterfly or buffalo and open tiger , peacock,birds and sky hill view at satpuda and maikal mountain . SOME ZONE IS DANGEROUS BUT WITHOUT FOREST DEPARTMENT PERMISSION FIELD IS NOT ALLOWED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's view is more dependent on weather. It is best to visit during monsoon or in winters. You can also book CG tourism resort which costs Rs. 2500 for 2 in the year 2020 (not taking any responsibility if they hike price in coming years ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samoda-dadar is a peak of chilpi range. Very soothing place to spend some time having resort #BaigaEthnicResort. More over chilpi valley is very good place to travel through. This range has low temp all the season because of high sea level. This is very near to Kanha Nation Park.
