At a time around 400 members can be accommodated in the ground floor marriage hall. Few rooms are available inside the Kalyana Mantapa. Budget of the kalayana mantap is affordable.

Sufficient parking place in front of the building to park the vehicles.and also has dining hall. This place is at the heart of the city. Smart city is working to built good road, drainage system and water supply projects. This building is comes under government of Karnataka.
