★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service provider is an absolute fraud. I wanted to clean my favourite chimney with deep clean for the suction unit I called the service centre and ask for the pricing and they provided me two pricing for the cleaning Rs.400/- for normal cleaning and Rs.500/- for the cleaning with the suction unit. I agreed with the price and schedule the service.
On the day of the service engineer called my wife and asked for the chimney model number which she could not tell as she was out of home. later on the same day the engineer came home and checked the chimney model and he said that this Chimney cannot be cleaned with opening the suction unit. Hearing this we rejected the service and that is when the problem started.
they claim for a service charge of Rs.350/- which was not discuss before. they told us that since the chimney cannot be open and we did not inform them about this so we have to bear the cost. whereas the truth was they did not ask for the chimney model when I book the call or didn't mention any visit charges even if we do not avail the service. When the engineer call my wife he didn't even told my wife that it is possible that the chimney cannot be opened for different models and still we need to pay for the visit charge.
the owner of the business had a talk with me and he was very abusing. He told us that we bought a wrong Chimney and that is my problem and I should know if the chimney can be open or not and that is why I should pay and since I am not paying I am not worthy of all these service and all, so he started insulting as like anything.
I even agreed to pay Rs.100/- to the engineer since he made to my home on a hot summer day and I considered his effort. so just for his refreshment I agreed to pay the money. however that was not sufficient for them and once the engineer returned some other guy called my wife again and started abusing her and insulted her.
