★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste of Chinese here is kinda near to authentic, I had no acidity problem after having food from here , they don't put excessive Capsicum and cabbage as you get at other so called Chinese places. They do tell you to get some gravy main course with rice ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test is average not special rates are high according to test...u have to wait for too much time after placed order... staff is dumb owner/ manage has his owned attitude..
Open place outside... ambiance is good.. u need to ask for food several time after placing order..if not u will get ignored...no priority 1st come customers...no water served..no water glass are available..u have to drink water with bottal..

This restaurant is in the heart of JM Road and the menu boasts a lot about their versatile Chinese dishes but I ordered "Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice" along with "Mongolian Chicken" that's more likely happened because I was watching "Marco Polo" recently on Netflix. Coming back to the dish... I felt it was bland and not upto the standard which are often offered in Mainland China and other premier chinese restaurants, also on the contrary part the prices were high as compared to the quality and quantity :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited China Gate during lunch hours with my friend. This restaurant is on JM Road, Pune. Four wheeler parking you have to manage yourself. This restaurant has two seating sections inside & outside. We preferred to sit in inside section. The ambience of the restaurant is nothing to talk about as it was old setup & require renovation.
We started with Veg Manchow Soup & in the Starters we had ordered Crispy Chilly Potato. The Soup & the Starter were good.
In the Main Course, we had ordered Vegetable Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, Vegetable Noodles Hakka & Veg Manchurian with gravy. Overall the food quantity is enough to feed 3 people with big appetites! The food was served hot & in a reasonable time. Vegetable Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, was missing two important flavours of this dish i.e. Burnt & Garlic. Vegetable Noodles Hakka, was quite dry, I could not eat it separately! I had to mix it with Veg Manchurian Gravy. Veg Manchurian Gravy was good.
The staff were OK & the service was quick enough! Cost wise, a bit on the higher side!

Ambiance is pretty good, restaurant is situated right on the main road at Jangli Maharaj Road.
I like spring roll, manchow soup & fried rice of this restaurant. Mostly all the menu is nice.
They also have separate washroom for gents & ladies.
Garden type seating area is available outside + inside also sofa seating available.
Price wise its reasonable
Service is good
Covid precautious taken by the restaurant.
