★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frankly speaking I was ordering Chinese from this restaurant, no doubt before it was so nice, we like to order from here, but now days no proper service getting they forget salt in fried rice, chicken 65 and chicken lollypop ordered Aisa lag raha tha bacha hua diya he, one time ordered fried rice it was not fresh, if we are paying more amount we need good service and fresh food, hope they will work on that orelse customer will go to other restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, quality n quantity both r nice, best value for money is the combo at 300 which has one rice, one snack, one soup n one cold drink. Other value for money order is the traffic jam thali that has 2 portions of rice, two portions of noodles (all 4 are of diff taste) and one snack all at 500, 3-4 people can easily share this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is well decorated and gives a beautiful ambience. But the setting of restaurant is very weird. The restaurant door opens when u push open a book shelf and very difficult to know from the front setup that a restaurant is there in the background. After 2months staying in Palava I came to know about this place and only for this reason their customer might be less.
Hygiene is also bad considering the condition of their door.
We went for evening snacks and ordered classic chicken steam momos. It was little doughy and not cooked well on outside but the filling tasted good. Also costed 160 for a plate of 6 momos. So based on 1 item we won’t rate . The 3 star is entirely on the ambience, good service, lack of hygiene and the price point they have.
