★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was shared as boarding point contact location from VRL travel. When contacted for enquiring the first question was "where you booked tickets? Online or their office?" When I replied that I booked online on VRL site, the guy simply replied that as you have booked tickets online you check details online. And refused any information further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If tickets booked on redbus don't bother them to enquire about bus location or driver contact. They will treat you like a fool. I don't know why redbus located them as a boarding point. Better to wait for bus or contact to redbus support directly.
