★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for Blood group determination of my 3 ys kiddo, they were excellent till the time we came to know that they have accidentally filled the wrong tube with the blood.
My daughter has to suffer through 2nd injection and pain just because of the lathergic approach of nurses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is way too expensive. They charged 8.5k per day for NICU and medicines expense is separate. They extended 3 days to 5 days and when we saw the bill we could not believe it. I am sure there are better hospitals out there and we just need to keep looking until we find affordable one.

When son was admitted, nurses, staffs and specially doctors were cooperative.
That was very important while your kids were admitted.
I prefer to go hospital for children ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Reception people are worst behaviour, illiterate and not educated at all.
2. They provide discharge summery after 24 hours of discharge and did not inform about discharge medications.
3. They retain original documents with them without a reason and delayed in refund process.
4. Gents admin person Prabhakar Bhosale enters in to room without informing while breast feeding to infant.
5. housekeeping forget to clean and put the dustbin in the room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No time for needy patients. We took appointment for Dr.Nitin by calling them beforehand. He was not at all professional by beeing in hospital on time. Multiple times appointments get postponed withour any prior intimation.
A good example of poor management. Till the time we reached there with my little baby on prebooked appointment, they werent aware about it. They simply deny appointment saying doctor is not available. Total waste of time and efforts.
Please think twice before deciding Chirayu Hospital for your child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend to stay away from this hospital. It used to be good but nowadays they are just looting people. I visited them for the same problem one year apart. Earlier they chraged me 1500 and next time almost 5000. Also, the doctors were so unprofessional that he wrote something on the prescription and insted of explaining it to me he handed it over to the receptionist even when I was right there waiting in the lobby. When I asked the lady to explain me what is written, she was clueless. And the way they treated by 4 year old I do not even want to remember to type in here. Just want to request everyone to stay away. thanks.
