★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in touch with them (Dr Anish Jain, Dr Rashmi) for almost 10 years. Both of them are very kind & professional. I always take advice from them on health issues from overseas due to nature of my work, as well as occasionally visiting clinic when in Indore. Their unbiased suggestions are quite helpful and for that I am thankful to them. No matter how busy Dr. Anish is, still he finds time to call back & quite ready to listen the problem. His ability to diagnose the real problem and provide effective solution in simple way is just awesome. Thanks again Doc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr is very unprofessional and focused to make money. I took my father to him for knee pain. Instead of understanding the problem he started marketting his business, Pharmacy, test labs, and show his clinic. Also he was constantly looking at the cctv footage to check how many patients are waiting out and continuously yelling on his staff to deliver medicines which were brought from his pharmacy.
Without our consent, he told his very unprofessional staff to take father's blood samples. And after taking blood samples there was a blood coming. I asked 3 times for the bandage then Dr asked for the bandage but staff did not have it. Then Dr went upstairs to bring the bandage.
He then told we need to do a minor surgery which I understand was required. He said we'll do everything here but before we decide whether get the surgery here or somewhere else, he took samples for a pre-op test which is required before surgery. Then suddenly started showing his brochures.
This is not the end I had to call them for 3 times for blood test report and when I said why I have to call them so many times for my reports when you said you will receive reports by tomorrow morning on your mobile. You don't need to do anything. And they said "maine sample nahi liya tha.. jis staff ne apko bola hai sue call karo..." Ridiculous. And she also said "bakwas mat karo mujhse" and dropped the phone.
I would recommend not to visit this Dr. You will end up wasting your money.
If Dr doesn't even listens to your problem and don't understand then there is no point in visiting him.
