They ask for cash even if the POS machine is working
In my last visit the cashier was scolding her assistant for telling me the bill amount in fraction!
The counter staff is friendly, only the billing staft (employee or owner not sure) act wierd

Had gone to pick up Aamras. However did not like the taste much. The Aamras is mango pulp, which did not taste like alphonso. Will need to mix with milk and sugar to make a palatable aamras puri.
Parking available on the road side.
No wheelchair accessible entrance.

Technology of token for fast billing in place for counter items but not for pick up consumables, which is strange . As usual small bags are not available even for a charge . When will Chitale ever become customer oriented completely .

The staff is humble and rates are attractive. What to say about the taste and quality of food items, the name Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwale speaks for itself. Highly Recommended!

It is not much crowded other than the festivals. Everything is fresh and of good quality.
It is easily noticeable from the Service road. The staff is polite and helpful.
