★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest and most specious apartments in the centre of the new city, every important amenities, parks, schools, petrol pump, grocery shops, malls, theaters, temples and jain derasars are near by. People are here calm and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's located in a good area however the society is old and hence it comes with loads of issues.
1) Water supply is only till afternoon post which you have to rely on water tanks
2) The garbage collection is not regular so you may end up seeing pile of garbage lying around
3) Parking issue
The brokers and owner try to rent out this place at a very high cost in the name of the area but in my opinion it's not worth.
