★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to chitraly....must visit there staffs are really NYC especially the woman who puts on glassess..since I was looking at the saree but I couldn't find what I wanted but as soon as that woman showed me I immediately liked it..her mind is very sharp I told her n she immediately understood what I want..chitraly will be my 1st choice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so worst they don't know how to talk to customers ,they don't recognise the choice of customers ,when they can't deal with customer satisfaction then they are truly worthless ,horrible experience , inspite of having so much stalk of sarees but they don't want to show ,pls remove the lady who wear specs and men who deals with middle counter of sarees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bridal gowns they have is not on display (as should be), they get it one by one from floors above, on request. And the salesperson was not interested to show more, they straight away denied showing the complete collection. (I saw only two gowns and left at staff's behaviour, even the manager seems disinterested)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love your store and I would have loved to be a regular customer of your store but unfortunately because of your ill mannered staff and impolite dealing you will be loosing a lot of great customers over the time. It is a humble request and suggestion that you improve your staff because you have one of the best collection of designer pieces in whole Prayagraj.
