Patients are not beeing taken care properly Doctors and other house keeping staffs are very rude with patient and with patient parties. Foods are not hygenic, the milk which they serves to guest is not the milk what we get at home its powdered milk and water portion is double than the milk. I even have the photo proof of it.

Hospital in a sense of doctor and treatment is good but for outdoor patients is a much time consuming process and their will be a huge crowd and long queue to consult with the doctor and making the prescription.(Ticket)

This is the worst hospital. I took my grandfather just today into emergency. No doctor wanted to check him up because I did not know Bengali . One of the staff person tells me speak in Bengali or get out from here . I told him I don't know Bengali so he told me to take the patient and get out of the hospital telling me you should know Bengali if u want to live in kolkata . From when is it mandatory to know Bengali to live in kolkata when Hindi is the National Language. This was the worst hospital experience I ever had in my whole life . I would really like the government to look into these kind of matters as it was done to us today it will be done to others as well .

Free medical assistance with free medicines. Just you need to stand up in the que for 4 times and it may take 1 to 4 hours approximately depending upon the crowd on the day you visit. First you need to book a ticket for Rs. 2 and then go to the respective department and have the entry done by the officials of that department and then they will send you to the doctor's table. After the check up doctors give a slip for free medicines which are provided there only. On providing that slip on the medicine counter they will give you free medicines. Some doctors are very helpful while others are average. But the treatment they provide is genuinely good. My mom was prescribed the same medicine in Chittaranjan for a eye problem and she was previously prescribed by the same medicine by a different private doctor for a fees of Rs. 500. So I understood that money is not the factor behind it. Another thing to tell is the X-ray machine which is very advanced and it is served for the patients at free of cost by the state government. Overall I loved their services.

It's good and we can get almost all the local medicines for free but not the expensive ones. The place is on the other hand is not well maintained and they really need a proper construction all over the hospital.

Google showed me my nearest Chittaranjan Hospital (Park Circus) after searching for COVID-19 vaccine, I reached there at 10.30 in the morning. The top floor of the Eye Building is managed in a separate way for vaccination. There were very few people, neat and cleaned, there was very good management. After taking Covaxin I was kept under observation for half an hour in an AC hall which is very good, they left me at 11.30 am. You can also take this beautiful government service if you want.
