★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice and prominent residential colony in South Delhi predominantly inhabited by people from West Bengal. It is a well maintained, neat and clean residential area. People are nice, well behaved, educated and cultured. But availability of parking in residential areas is extremely limited. Traffic immediately outside Chittaranjan Park is very heavy. Parks inside residential areas are well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a wonderful residential area. Many facilities are near and around. C R Park as the name suggests is a place filled of Bengali culture, it is a great place to visit for anyone who loves or wants to explore bengali culture. And the interesting part here is people of many cultures blend here easily. The place is lively and feels at home always. And the Bengali and punjabi culture mix is very enjoyable (and a bit amusing ?). I love this area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ D block compared to other blocks in C R Park is quite bad in terms of gentry, amenities, safety(security) and RWA group. Yet the prices for rental is as high as any other block. Pls do not stay here of you can get a house elsewhere in Chittaranjan Park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well lit homely place where you can find plenty of greenery in each block you go. Surrounding by different famous markets of cr park like market 1,2 filled with varieties of Bengali and other cuisine foods, all authentic and delicious. Every block has an open gym park as well in their vicinity. Safe and secure to stay for family or all the single people too. Rent here is a little on the steeper side but worth the ambience and facilities it comes with.
