★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to appreciate first shiv for delivering chocolates within 2 days and shiv and team following up with courier team continuously as I wanted chocolate urgently (they usually deliver in 5-7 days otherwise)so that it gets delivered .
I really liked the chocolate , the box and customisation done on it is of good quality.

Also, the taste of the chocolate was amazing which to be honest I was not expecting. I ordered the chocolate box for my husband on our first wedding anniversary and he loved it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely spoiled our day - Though just after placing the order , I duly called up the customer service to check if the photo sent by me is clear as last thing I wanted was to see a blurred photo on the chocolates . The customer service assured that it would not come blurred and photo shared is just fine . However photo was extremely blurred and that was surely a huge disappointment- False commitment is what I received and this is surely my last time with Choco craft - Had it been corrected initially wouldn’t have spoiled the day !
Though I initially gave a rating of 1 star to chococraft basis the feedback mentioned about , however to my surprise the turn around time in correcting their mistake and offerring a speedy resolution was commendable . Would like to call out Mr. SHIV who not only acknowledged the error was very quick in terms of rectifying the same - have changed the rating basis the swift and speedy resolution provided and extremely high customer centricity displayed

The packaging is super nice and crisp. It totally guarantees that the chocolates do not get damaged. The taste is just scrumptious. I was little skeptical at first wasn't sure how it would turn up. But to my astonishment, it just made my day. The customer support team is also very helpful and provides prompt response. Kudos team keep up the good work! ❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I bought two sets for my grandsons. And found them extremely excellent. They were the best gifts they got on their respective birthdays. And enjoyed the feast to its fullest.
Then again I repeated the same for my darling wife's birthday recently and once again the surprise was extraordinarily amazing.
We all are very very much happy and satisfied with the quality of choco ingredients, beautiful packaging and great presentation. Would love to have some more in future.
And my experience with it in one line - these are NOT only chocolates but a lot of sweeeeeet
pleasure just melting in your mouth and taking you to the heavens.
