Worst delivery experience, they don't have manners to talk to their customer. they delayed cake delivery by 45 mins and on top of that they misbehaved on followed up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They must provide a carry bag. They need to consider other competitors in market. Almost all in Hinjewadi provide a allowable material carry bag. After payment, the representative did not provided carry bag and it was very difficult to carry the cake on bike.
