★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good society located on the porwal road. It has got good parking space and just outside the building you can find lots of shops. This buildi g jas got good facilities and a nice place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The construction is good. Ambience is good. the society's committee members, it seems, keep themselves away from members. Most of resident don't know who is chairman or selected member or the meetings, if held etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality of construction, low quality materials used for tiles, colour, windows grill and doors, kitchen platform was very pathetic and not a durable, no support of stones. Within a year leakage problem started. Windows grill is in cost cutting material without edges grills was fitted. Tiles joints are clearly shown and without finishing. It's just a business done by Builders. 40 lacs deke bhi quality nahi hai.... After 3 years maintenance started. Don't buy don't buy don't buy.... If you value your earned money.... I recommend don't buy from this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drainage system is pathetic... All the sewage water comes on the road. It's all disgusting. It's been now year but none action has been taken. Now you can not even see a road in front of the society due to sewage water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to stay. A small play area for kids is here. Even gymnasium with latest equipments along with a club house. Nice friendly people are here in society.
Society also have small business market setup outside including small offices, medical, grossary shops, saloon and hotels.
24*7 water supply is provided by society.
Security people are helpful. WiFi and cable vendor shops are nearby.
Few multispeciality hospitals are at walking distance.
It's well connected to jakat naka. From jakat naka, you can easily find buses for PMC stop and Pune railway station stop.
Also, share auto is also there till vishrantwadi stop.
