★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the visiting hours due to covid are 9 o clock in the morning to 5 30 in the evening also the working days are monday to friday only. The contact number given by them or the one we find on google neither of them work so you will have to give a visit to the office regarding anything , even if its a slightest of a doubt. So be prepared with all information you want to gather everytime you make a visit because that's the only way you can get the job done without being stressed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to deal with them when I was looking for a bike insurance. The prices which they have are competitive as compared to others.
They have a lot of branches. So hopefully, when and if needed, I am expecting a good response from them.
If you want to save money for same services, just do not hesitate to check them out. Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Worst company to take a insurance policy from. Would you believe that their customer service number doesn't even work? This is the first in my experience that a toll free number comes busy. You try contacting the customer service and you will know how tiring the process is. If you write to them they don't respond. For everything you have to visit their branch. Their chennai office staff makes so many mistakes. Please double check everything in your policy before taking it. Their corporate office number in Chennai doesn't work :-). Is this really a company or a thela!!! It's the worst choice amongst all the insurance companies in India.

When I submitted claims with original copy of hospital , then rejected my claim and settlement don't with 50% claim amount .
Plz don't buy this policy . Have already filed police case .
