They make you fool by unnecessary showing higher package cost. Even the service quality has also become average

Even now I that I live in Noida I send my car to them. They have provided me with free car pick up and drop. Their car service quality and prices are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used there sevices twice in the past and now I can share my personal experience with you all. First of the they are only concentrating on the money not on the services. They told me that they will use the genuine spare parts but they are using some local brand brake pads in my car and when I opposed the owner he replied me that these locals ones are more better and expensive than the branded ones. I still refused his proposal and asked him to use the Genuine maruti spare parts. Later than I observed that they keep attending the new cars and because of this the service of the existing cars gets delayed and this habit also impact the service quality of your car. Later that day I have noticed that the employee is using Nirma and Rin washing powder to wash cars. I refused them and told them not to wash my car and the owner replied k " issey he badiya safai hoti hai aur aap tension na lo"??. I was totally shocked. My genuine request to you all that please be available at the time of service of your car else they will keep following these bad practices. Now they have connected with a new brand and the most funniest part of this amalgamation is that they advised me to use fully synthetic engine Oil in my maruti car and they said that car will perform better. I simply asked them if the manufacturer of the vehicle is not recommended this then why you are putting these expensive oils into my car and they answer me " Sir, hume jyada pata hai l engine k liye kya theek hai. Company ko jyada kya pata." ????

Vijay Pal single handedly handles the customers and he is very good at it. Very humble and polite and listens to the concern very attentively and resolves them. I would strongly recommend this service centre for any kind of car, be it servicing or repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged 4000/- for Comprehensive Full service of my i20 if u upgrade for 5w 40 Full synthetic Mobil 1 engine oil in this package , you have to pay 1200/- extra on it which is 5200/- total .. which is a higher side. & Please keep the cabin ac filter from next time. Rest is good... Satisfied service ✌️
