★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to book a bus, I had a met some guy who didn’t know how to do his job. Clearly we had decided to book an A/C bus even though I wasn’t given a receipt of it but he had entered my booking details in his booking diary. On the day of the booking when I called to confirm, I’m told that no you have booked a non a/c bus and that I have to pay more if I want an a/c bus. Bus was scheduled to arrive to arrive at 2:00pm, it arrived at 3:00pm. On calling the office, they had provided me with the drivers number but he was rejecting my calls and then the office started doing the same! I was late to the wedding with my guests. The bus had a broken window at the back and after arriving late the driver is cleaning that mess! The A/C on the bus wasn’t functional! Very bad experience. Not recommended
