★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doc doesn't listen to patients problem. Pathetic. I think this is purely business. No thing as professionalism. My sister was admittef nd they did not listen to her problem. Answers were not satisfactional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chouhan hospital is known for multiple specialized in treatment of all kind of emergencies as there are so many qualified doctors and medical staff.
But this is not the case, untill and unless you furnish all the formalities including payments, its not emergency for them. Response time can be improved, covid19 is not an excuse for delayed response.. Every second counts. My best wishes with hospital in wish to improve service and become the best hospital to be known for saving lifes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although some Doctors are very good at their work but you can't rely on them as they visit just for few minutes if u are admitted and then u are fully in the hands of totally unprofessional and apathetic nursing staff.
It's your choice to visit this hospital but here is my experience - I admitted my father in Chauhan medicity as someone suggested for it. He was having intolerable headache and vision loss. They performed CT scan and doctor informed us that he had brain tumor (Radiologist was having different view when he saw this report and was angry over doctors that how they declared it tumor without his consultaion).
Although they didn't asked us to go to somewhere else until I voluntarily asked them for its need. And when I decided to take him to some higher center they kept on doing the unnecessary tests and procedures to make their money as our case was with ECHS.
On the other hand hygiene and overall hospitality is very poor.
The payjama removed remained near the bed for more than 48 hours.
Staff can roam in any shoes or chappal in ICU.
Not more than 1 person can enter ICU which is good thing but nuisance created by nursing staff can bother even a healthy person.
Think before u go there for treatment.
Note - Points mentioned here are my personal experience and doesn't need to be conflicted with other's. And it happened in Aug 2021, if something got better after that, God knows.
