★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel agency I had ever sewn. They send the wrong bus number and blaming passenger that you were not available on pickup spot. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not Professionals I am traveling now they have made more people filled In bus . In fact passage is filled with 30+ people (my sleeper seat is filled with 3 people sitting on it and refusing to move away saying no space . Unprofessional and frauds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked L2 in this bus, and they not allowed me to sit on my respective seat. And one of the head office staff told me to leave the bus in between of my journey when i am in middle of jungle travelling from one place to another
I kindly request MMT to refund my ticket charges for this worst behavior
And i suggest MMT to stop using this bus service as a bus partner/operator
Worst worst worst service partner/ operator the MMT is using.
Such a third class service from MMT, will never use MMT ever in life.
Also i will raise a complaint in consumer court against MMT and the Bus operator for this worst behavior.

Sleeper beds are dusty and unhygienic,
Charging socket not working,
Worst behaviour from staff members,
Drunk conducter and not sure about driver,
Not at all recommended ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book this bus. I had a hard time with them. They won't turn on AC most of the time and you would almost die of suffocation. We were waiting for 3 hours in the middle of road because of technical issue in bus. Interiors are pathetic and smell bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked yesterday from jaipur to surat aa it showed they will be reach destination by 7am next day nd bus is late 5hrs after leaving on time from jaipur, rediculious.
Worst sleeping coach, unhygienic, not proper response from driver & conductor also no charging point not available beds are small nd no good services.
Recommend not to go on this.??

I travelled in their bus from jaisalmer to jaipur on 3rd May 2022.I had booked seater in an AC bus (sleeper+seater). throughout the journey they kept on adding the passengers from random stops and they were even sitting on reserved seats. The bus was overcrowded like a public transport busride and I lost my privacy.They stopped at a worst unhygenic place for dinner that too @around 12 AM (The bus started at 5:30 pm evening). The driver of the bus was honking long in a very irritating way such that i cant even sleep.Also at each places to pick and drop these unreserved passengers the driver used to yell through mic and speakers and using the same for singing songs and loose talks which literally dint allowed me to sleep after a long tiring day.
Never book their busses if you are expecting a good sleep or a relaxed state of mind while travelling
