★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Dezire car in Dec 2020. There are some fautls in manufacturing. Told these people in first servicing, they replied that they will do in second servicing. We are not getting appointments for second servicing for 10 to 15 days. Its a worstever experience. How can I hold servicing for such a long period. When I asked that already kms are crossed then very rashly they replied, you should contact us 15 days before. Dont you understant we are too much busy..
Also they are charging car sanitisation compulsory whereas I do it weekly for my car as I run car sanitisation buisness.
Guys dont purchase casr from this company as they understand themselves above the customers... Abd dont have time for car servicings.
Even i m going to viral this on all social media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 300 rs was paid for sanitization of my car after service. They delivered the car without sanitization. The reason they gave me was because they ran out of the bags. When I enquired they told me not to complain to maruti suzuki. They promised me to send a person at my home for sanitization(this was before the 3 rd wave). They didn't do that .Terrible service. This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience with Chowgule. Please consider another showroom for servicing or even for purchase. Horrible.
