Everything was amazing!!
Loved the taste. The flavours were distinct and marvelous.
The highlight were Drums of heaven and momos.
Book a table before you go to avoid waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Little Russel Street, wonderful and cozy outlet of Chowman. Have been here many times, and never have been disappointed.
The food is delicious, right from the soups through to the starters, main courses, side dishes and desserts and drinks. All the items taste wonderful. The quantity offered per plate is quite enough for two people.
The décor is nice and oriental-themed, and the traditional chinese music is a nice touch that makes the overall ambience really great. The staff are courteous and helpful. Pocket pinch is about INR 1,000/- for two people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a food lover, I have personally tasted Chinese food in many places. Somewhere a little pale flavor somewhere or more spice added. But after a long time I got that Chinese taste again but consistently this taste is not the real Chinese taste but enough to satisfy the mind.
When it comes to the taste of food, out of 10 I will give 8.5. We (for the 2 people) have ordered total 3 items Chili Garlic Rice, Hong Kong Chicken and Lime Soda.
Quantity wise it is enough for 2 people.
If I talk about ambience it gives you chinise restaurants vibes. And last but not the list behaviour of there stuffs. They are very humble.
In the state of Covid, they have taken care of all aspects in a very beautiful way.
And if I talk about price it is somehow reasonable for two persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge Quantity. Full plate of any dish will require atleast 2 normal persons to finish. Taste wise - The main course was awesome. We got Roasted pork belly in ginger wine sauce & Hunan chicken with shitake mushroom.. very flavourful. But the rice/noodles on the other hand was blant. Not much smell or taste. Its better if you mix it with the chilli vinegar & soya sauce. Mocktails are also pretty basic. We got Blueberry punch which doesn't have blue berry flavour or colour whatsoever. Blue Ocean drink was basically a lemonade with blue dye. But the main course makes up for everything else. As we went on Xmas eve, there might be huge pressure of work there so it won't be fair to judge the place on today's basis. Will definitely give it another try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quantity of the dishes were very good, easily sufficing 1 plate for 2 people. Tried pan fried momos, sweet corn soup, chowman special fried rice, Hong Kong chicken and brownie! Taste was good, complemented well by good hospitality. Overall experience was very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chowman is one of the best value for money restaurants around. This is our second visit and trust me the quantity and taste of the food here coupled with the ambience and service is top notch. The cherry on the cake is that it won't even pinch your pocket that much!
I would recommend chowman to anyone who loves chinese eyes closed. Looking forward to visit again!
