★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of fake reviews with 4 and 5 stars.
The buyers are duped by the LL and builder by false promises and arbitrated JDA. No amenities completed and residents who were forced to occupy meddling with temporary power supply, no amenities. Plenty of legal suits filed against LL and Builder under RERA and Consumer Court of which we are also one.
