★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience as per the cost of hotel...it's not worth Rs8000....it should not be more than Rs3500 to 4000/.
Avg hotel ...beds size bit small...not as per description...
no proper reception service during check in....no housekeeping persons came on day of check in...had to take up the luggage by self...as waited for 20 min for luggage to come ..but in vain...
bathrooms very small.
congested and unclean....lots of mosquitoes....hotel management should have proper pest service for mosquito...good night not sufficient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequently travel to various parts of Gujarat for business meetings and I had one of the worst experiences at Cidade during my last stay.
In the last 5 years of my visits, I experienced faux commitments and impolite behaviour from their staff and Mr. Durvaang.
A word of advice to ask for the name of staff at the reception desk, because they might ask you for details of their staff in case you require any documents, like an email of the Invoice. Furthermore, there’s a huge gap in communication between the staff as commitment provided by one does not fall through. They might also expect you to remind them for the email as it is not their responsibility.
Would also not recommend the hotel to my colleagues during their future visits.
Highly disappointed and dissatisfied by my Experience.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid 5k per night but the kind of services provided were not adequate. The bathroom was small, no proper shower facilities, there was a bucket for bath. Small geyser, not enough hot water. There was a continuous loud sound like a motor sound in the room. The breakfast was limited, sambhar was not good. The staff is not well trained. The bed was not soft or smooth. The bedsheet was over used. They even changed Rs 100 for one water bottle. Which is worth Rs 20. Very disappointing.

Good variety in food (Alacarte Dinner & Lunch, Buffet in breakfast)
Dj Party on weekends.
Swimming Pool.

Room provided had lots of mosquitoes, but thankfully we were provided another room.
Shower was not working, with smallish bathroom
No towels provided in room, provided later when i insisted.
even on the pool side no towels were provided.
Limited and congested Parking. But security person helped in parking and coming out.
Little pricy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive hotel with weird rules like liquor purchased from is not allowed to drink in hotel premises and inside the room. And if you purchase liquor from the hotel the price is close to Mumbai prices. The staff is unprofessional with no toiletries and towels provided we need to ask them. Kitchen staff says they would take 25 minutes for tea so We had tea breakfast outside the hotel.
The hype is the hotel is situated near the beach and photography is done very nicely on the websites seems misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is just on the devka beach, hence the location was perfect. The rooms were spacious & well maintained, the only thing we missed was that that there was no mini refrigerator in our room. The restaurant was ok as the ambience was good but the food taste & quality was very average. The buffet breakfast had also limited options. The parking area is also very small & tight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High price resort with very average experienced staff to handle guests. One definitely expects some value in their experience while paying a huge premium, while staying in such high price property. However, the experience is quite upside down. Staff is very unresponsive to almost all requirement whether it is related to restaurant Or any room service requirements. Food is quite expensive but with very ordinary taste.
Final words...One should be careful/prepared while booking....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its sea facing dinning area. Food is very good. Service is also good but when lot of people they lack in service. Price is reasonable. Starts starts around 300 n beer starts around 230 vodka 30 ml starts Rs 100 we went 7 people n cost came around Rs 3200. They have DJ at dinning area n crowd is so good n every Dance n enjoy
