★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very third class opd time and process ...very poor behaviour of staff ...worst hospital...if there is a negative star system then i give minus 10 star.pls dont go to hospital...when we meet doctor..he is not cooperative and like behave that he is not intersting to check pationt ...he came at 11.30 pm and Every pationt was bored and everyone tell frequently to thier staff that their system is not right...but they dont care ...worst hospital i have ever seen in my life..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraternity of drs is regarded with dignity not less than God and so is the expectation(s) of care , benevolence , paternalism in service frm Healthcare provider - CIGIS team is at premium to above ethos in my opinion . It was miracle to see in rajkot ,dr here attended our ( as patient ) OPD at stipulated time prescribed by receptionist while ,we bookead ppointment day before .

Doctor sutariya's nature and surgical skill are top most in Rajkot and all Saurashtra region in perticular field i.e. Whipple's operation which is major surgery. Very good professional experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suffer from achalasia cardia and i am very much scared about surgery but Dr kartik sutariya sir really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. And they done my surgery in very easy way wonderfull experience with Dr kartik sutariya sir and Dr mehul vikani sir they both are wonderfull surgeon. And the staff was always helpfull and kind .I have received excellent treatment and I am so glad i choose cigis hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital ever.. They gave me an appointment of 10am on phone call. When I reached hospital at 10am, they asked me to wait as doctor was busy in the surgery. After waiting for 5 hours, Finally I meet the doctor at 3pm. Seriously worst hospital & worst staff service ever m Also, it's very very expensive. They don't give facilities according to charges. After spending so much money, I'm not even cured. I strongly recommend you to avoid this hospital for any services.
