They made me feel cheap and were disinterested in making a sale or even explaining me about the products.
Even the senior guys there kept looking at me from their office as i was their to steal from them or i wouldnt be able to afford their products when i was waiting for a text for someone to confirm a speaker i liked and

β β β β β My brother and friend had bought Klipsch maclaren earbuds. But they stopped working after 2 weeks from purchase. People working here are not supportive despite of giving guarantee given from Klipsch brand itself. it has been almost 2 months still we are not given replacement for faulty pieces.

β β β β β Worst service I have ever faced from any AV vendor , I have purchased two Klipsch Mcleran headphones and it's left ear headphones is not working. Klipsch company itself suggested us to go for replacement as unit is faulty. I have already returned faulty unit to the company as suggested y sales person but they have not returned my replaced unit since a long time.
Still waiting for the same.
Even I am not getting any response from the sales person regarding faulty unit.
I hope after reading this review , they response.
