★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is losing it's shine with the time and despite a good infra and service, it now appears to lag other cinema halls that are improving service standards significantly. But overall, it's remains a good place for movies with family (also safe even when the mail appears deserted).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 years and this particular multiplex hasn't been able to sort out card payment and UPI payment issues. It's a waste of time. Food and Beverage options are limited too. Staff helps by accepting payments on personal numbers via GPay but someone in senior management needs to sort out these issues. Even the sound and picture quality of the movie screens is not so great. People go here only due to lack of choices in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience of movie, sound system is good. Avoid Audi 1 if possible since the screen is torn at the bottom, and hence the screen shivers when heavy sound base comes. This dilutes the visual experience since you see characters shivering on screen. This looks funny since heavy base are usually played during serious or mass scenes and when character shivers, feel like laughing. Assuming the Admin will fix the screen issue. Seating are good and food as always are expensive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will like the seats as they are very comfortable with decent space. The cooling is great and so is the Dolby sound. The eatables are very expensive so it's better to munch before or after the show. Ample of parking space but with a charge. The toilets are hygienic. Enough of seating space near the eating outlets in the cinema.
The prices for morning to afternoon shows are low as 130 and the prices are higher as 180 in the evening

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee tree menu needs to be updated... it's been the same since 2016... movie experience is good.. clarity is good enough.
Chairs maintenance and condition could have been better.. they had ample time during lockdown to make repairs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This theatre is now open in 100% seating capacity.. You can park your vehicle at basement parking after paying nominal parking charges. Theatre is having a huge lounge area to wait till your show timing.. Very hygienic washrooms are there for adults and for kids too.
