★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have an NRO/NRI account in this bank, you may want to reconsider your options. The internal processes of this bank are time consuming and there is so much red tape that is just incredibly frustrating. Recently, we had a few accounts locked for inactivity and after providing the bank with our US passport and drivers licence the bank informed us that it would take at least four working days for them to unlock these accounts!! I am shocked that in this day and age with super fast communication they cannot manage their internal processes more efficiently!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience of bank is nice and decent. The staff is really helpful and they assist you the moment you enter the bank. I had never experienced any delay more than 10 min. It is very close from the exit door 7 of rajiv chowk station.
