★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear All my funds, I would like to let you know that we have booked 3 plots under one of their schemes6yrs back in . We have paid all installments along with Registration charges 2yrs back but plot has not assigned to us till now. WHENEVER WE CALL THEM & visited their office , they were assuring us to complete registration within 10-15days but last 2yrs they did not doing anything.We research following up with them every month but result is nothing. Can u please suggest what actions need to be take. Citizen staff along with MD is failure on their commitment last 2 yrs.Dont trust this company for any scheme which will show profitable. They are in market to cheat the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a froud company. They will take money for a project and will not handover the land. Also if you ask for refund, they provide a cheque which will definitely bounce. I had experienced the same. My recommendation do not deal with them.

Really they are of a great heart people.
Paper work done, now I am planning to go for a duplex home for self.

On time they had given the possession and value for money.
Overall Happy.
And happy to know there are still good builder are exiting in BBSR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for two plots in May 2007, it has been 15 years now, got nothing back. All the 5 star ratings are paid by the company itself. Ask the real customers like me who have been to their office several times. They gave me checks that bounced, no resolutions. I do not value a company who uses customer's money to grow on but does not care to even payback, forget the land. I have proofs i can post here of all the bounced checks. It's a utterly corrupt company with mafias running the business.
